Collector agrees to make any and all payments upfront/through Afterpay payment plans before the release of the artwork. Upon receiving payment, the following agreements shall be:
 
Collector does not retain exclusive rights to artwork provided and produced, and any duplication shall be exclusive to the artist.
 
The artist reserves the right to use reproductions of the artwork. This includes the right to display reproductions of the work on the artist's website, and produce prints of the original.
 
Through mutual agreement between the parties, the artist shall have the right to borrow the work for exhibition to the public at no expense to the collector and without fees imposed on the artist by the collector.
